The role
Embeds with Anthropic's most strategic enterprise customers on the Applied AI team to build production applications on Claude. Builds MCP servers, sub-agents and agent skills around customer workflows, gives hands-on deployment support, and turns repeatable patterns into product and engineering feedback. 25–50% travel to customer sites; hybrid with at least 25% in office. Requires 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role, production LLM experience and strong Python; financial services or healthcare/life sciences a plus.
