The role
Join AssemblyAI's GTM/Success team as the technical owner of customer voice-AI integrations: onboard new customers, architect speech-to-text and speech-understanding deployments, and turn field feedback into roadmap. 4+ years in a technical account / solutions / sales-engineering role; SQL, Python, React a plus. Fully remote with occasional travel to London customers.
