The role
Forward Deployed Engineer owning customer deployments from technical build through go-live and optimization for health systems: building integrations across EHRs, phone systems and scheduling platforms in Python, designing per-customer workflows, and shipping production voice AI agents that handle thousands of real patient interactions daily.
