The role
Augment (goaugment.com) builds autonomous AI for logistics — freight brokerage, carrier management, and 3PL operations. Its first FDE function: embed with customers, build the small-but-critical integrations, author and test prompts, trace API calls and logs, fix low-complexity bugs, and help define the deployment playbook. 1–5 years in a technical/implementation/customer-facing role; Python or Node scripting; logistics/TMS/WMS experience a bonus.
