The role
Forward Deployed Product Engineer at Avoca, embedding directly with the largest home-services brands to design and ship the AI voice agents that run their inbound call operations. Owns the build end-to-end — from first customer conversation to a live deployment handling real call volume — including production integrations into customer CRM/FSM systems (APIs, webhooks, data flows) plus monitoring and feedback loops. Patterns spotted across deployments feed reusable tooling and the core product roadmap. Stack: Next.js, React, Node/Fastify, PostgreSQL, AWS. Series B, backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech, and General Catalyst; ~130 employees across NYC HQ and Santa Barbara. On-site in NYC with travel to customer sites.
