Sr Forward Deployed Engineer, AWS Forward Deployed Engineering
Why it's interesting
AWS's named FDE org is hiring again with real posted bands: $193K–$262K base in the Bay, plus RSUs and 30–50% travel. Amazon's FDE seats pay base-heavy and equity-light versus the labs.
The role
Embed within a strategic enterprise customer to design, build, deploy and run AI-powered production systems with the customer's engineering team; lead multi-workstream AI programs, set production standards and mentor engineers. Travel 30–50%.
Applications go directly to the company. We curate; we don't broker.
