Senior Forward Deployed Engineer
Why it's interesting
One of the first two engineers on Axion's first FDE team, building AI-enabled quality workflows for manufacturers (backed by Bessemer, Salesforce Ventures, Boeing, RTX). Strong band and explicit path for strong SWEs without the FDE title.
The role
Hands-on software engineering role: scope customer use cases, build data integrations, APIs and AI-enabled workflows, validate against source data, and own deployments. Reports to Head of Strategic Accounts with a dotted line to Engineering. Python/SQL, TypeScript/React, manufacturing or supply-chain experience valued.
Applications go directly to the company. We curate; we don't broker.
