The role
Lead the technical build, testing, and iteration of Bland's voice agents for enterprise customers, traveling on-site and owning the champion relationship end to end. 3–10 years in full-stack, AI, or solutions engineering with production AI/automation experience. $120K–$180K + equity; backed by Emergence Capital, Y Combinator, and the founders of PayPal and Twilio.
