The role
Senior forward deployed engineer at Federato, an AI-native platform spanning the full insurance policy lifecycle (triage, appetite, portfolio strategy, underwriting workflow). Drive scoping and delivery of complex implementations, serve as technical escalation point for integrations, lead discovery calls, influence architecture, and build best-in-class delivery playbooks and mentorship for junior FDEs. Heavily hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Remote (US/Canada). Base $160,000–$200,000 plus stock options and benefits. Verified on Federato’s Greenhouse board.
