The role
Deploy JetBrains Central into complex enterprise environments and move early adopters from ad-hoc AI experimentation to governed, AI-native development. Act as trusted advisor to customer engineering teams, mentor other FDEs, help establish AI governance (security policies, access management, data privacy), enable observability of AI usage and code-generation patterns, and integrate the cloud-based agent execution layer to run agents securely at scale. Remote, US.
