Why it's interesting
While the frontier labs staff FDEs to babysit LLMs, Kognitos is betting the real deployment bottleneck is the boring back office — AP, finance, and IT workflows nobody documented. Its "English as Code" neurosymbolic engine claims to kill hallucinations with deterministic logic, but every customer's tribal knowledge still has to be encoded by hand — that's the FDE's job. The role
Embed with Kognitos's enterprise customers — finance, AP, healthcare, and IT teams — to scope, build, and ship automations on its neurosymbolic "English as Code" platform. Translate undocumented business processes into production-grade automations, build integrations with ERPs/APIs/databases, debug production issues on site, and feed field learnings back into product. Reposted; remote in the US with travel to customer sites up to ~25%. Verified on Kognitos's own Ashby board (comp not disclosed in posting).
