The role
Works directly with customers from technical evaluation to production: leads calls, pairing sessions and deep dives, builds integrations, resolves implementation and platform issues, and ships full-stack product improvements that feed the roadmap. Requires 5+ years of full-stack engineering, strong English communication and comfort debugging APIs and production systems; developer-tools experience a plus. Remote for candidates in North America and Europe.
