The role
Own end-to-end technical strategy for Talkdesk's largest global enterprise accounts deploying its Agentic AI (CXA) platform: design reusable multi-agent architectures, write production code (Python, TypeScript, Node.js), author SDKs and deployment automation, and raise the engineering bar across the FDE org. 10+ yrs engineering, 3+ in production AI/ML/agentic; HLS (healthcare — Epic/Cerner) domain a plus. Parallel Staff and Senior FDE postings (HLS and FSI) confirm a real org build-out, not a one-off. Verified live on Talkdesk's own Greenhouse careers board.
