A carrier built from its own network core
Cape is a privacy-first mobile virtual network operator: it runs its own mobile core and leases physical towers from the big carriers, then layers on defenses like daily rotation of SIM identifiers, network-level blocking of SS7 location and interception attacks, and minimal data retention.
