Palantir vs Accenture
Same Foundry-and-AIP playbook, two very different employers: Palantir invented the forward-deployed seat and pays $200K–$400K TC in liquid public stock, while Accenture's APBG runs the copy inside a billable-hours services model with a posted band of $59K–$200K.

| Our take | The company that invented and named the role — and just told Wall Street its FDEs are the moat rivals can't copy. | The highest-volume on-ramp to Palantir Foundry/AIP experience outside Palantir — with consulting pay and consulting utilization targets attached. |
Bottom line
If you can get the Palantir seat, take it — the pay ceiling, problem selection and peer group are in a different league. Accenture APBG is the credible on-ramp: more Foundry reps at the cost of utilization targets and below-market pay, best as a 2–3 year stepping stone into Palantir or one of its customers.
