The role
Own end-to-end deployments of Concourse's public-sector platform — permitting and licensing, utility billing, legislative management, courts and records — inside state and local government environments. Full arc: discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout, partnering directly with agency teams. NYC on-site, full-time. Concourse serves 85+ federal, state, and local partners, including an online bail-payment platform for the Hawaii State Judiciary and a legislative management system for the Los Angeles City Council.
