The role
Own end-to-end platform deployments for enterprise customers: scope high-leverage workflows, configure agent behavior (planning, tool use, retrieval, prompts), validate integrations and guardrails, and write AOPs, integration specs and evaluation plans. Work inside complex SAP environments at Fortune 500 customers across CPG, distribution, high-tech and oil and gas, and partner with the Platform team on repeatable abstractions. In person in the Bay Area.
